Summer Solstice Ceremony at the Seed of Life stone circle – CENTRE
What do Spirit and the Strawberry Moon want us to know?
Now that we completed our circle around the outside of the Seed of Life stone circle and honoured Air, Fire, Water and Earth, it was time to take all we had learned into the centre of the stone circle, where the lines of the Seed of Life pattern converge. The lines are made of shallow trenches filled with white stones that come from across the globe. People often bring stones from other countries as a gift. A week ago, a dedicated team of volunteers (more help always welcome!) had weeded the trenches and the Seed pattern looked beautiful. The centre of the Celtic Wheel of the Year is normally associated with ‘Spirit’. I like to think of Spirit as the place of all ‘Energy Design’. As above, so below; imagine that every physical form has its energetic counterpart, an ‘energy design’. Or you could compare the idea to an original blueprint. Within Spirit, every blueprint in its pristine vibration is stored, including ours. When we, by means of intention, connect to Spirit, we access the field in which all information is contained. Plus it gives us an additional tool from which we can create change on Earth. For instance, when we connect to the Spirit/Energy Design of Pure Water Consciousness, we can ‘draw’ the energy design ‘down’ into our body. The vibration will affect the water molecules in our body and those in their turn are connected to everything else in this physical world (see message of the Spirit of Water). In this way we become a transmitter of the original energy design for water. Which basically makes us into ‘walking blessings’, able to gently influence the restoration of any disharmonious energy pattern of water. Download the appropriate energy design, emit, bless. Back in February a shamanic dowsing experiment was set up around this. We transmitted Pure Water Consciousness into bottles of water and the result of the measurements of the energy fields of both humans and of water was mind blowing (see report earlier on the Shamanic Dowsing page). We can make a huge impact, every one of us!
Because we also had a Full Strawberry Moon this evening, the first one since 1967’s Summer of Love (when I was approximately conceived!), we added the Moon as an element to our celebration. The moon’s phases affects nature, animals and humans. When we attune to the cycle of the moon and apply the wisdom of each moon phase, we will find that our lives will thrive and flow more effortlessly. By honouring the cycles, we honour our own life cycle.
The jar in the centre of the Seed of Life contained an upward pointed quartz crystal which I only use ceremonially. It stores the accumulated memories of every ceremony conducted and sacred place visited. For this occasion, it would be our Moon representation. Five white pebbles that were collected at Merlin’s Cave and gifted to me by a friend, surrounded the ‘Moon’ crystal. These stones had been imprinted to act as keepers of that specific consciousness that enables us to ‘think’ like a mage or shaman. Tiny white wild flowers that I picked earlier were gifted to the stones as an honouring to Spirit and the Full Moon, whose essence we invited to inhabit this jar temporarily for the purpose of this ceremony. It served as a ‘physical representation of a non-physical being’ in order to be able to ‘make visible’ how our group intent affects the energy field (aura) of Spirit & Moon.
Before we did the honouring, in stead of measuring the energy field/aura of the Centre, I was inspired to do a radial count. These are the invisible, energy radials that come out of an energy centre and around which sacred geometry patterns can be found. When the radials change, the geometric energy patterns also change (see an earlier post on the Shamanic Dowsing page about music, vibration and geometrical forms. Also more of about this in Hamish Miller’s book “In search of the Southern Serpent” available through Penwith Press). The radial count for the energy centre was 23. Then we honoured Spirit & Moon with a beautiful poem and words, music, blessings from our heart and by gifting the flowers that each had brought to this ceremony and had held close to their heart all evening. These flowers contain water cells and that water was now imbued with every experience of this ceremony; every emotion, feelings of love, of awe, of inspiration, insight and breakthrough. We laid the flowers at the Centre of the Seed of Life. May all that we learned as a group in co-operation with the elements, be of service to and inspire human consciousness. Immediately a shift in the intensity of the energy centre could be felt. A warm, loving, powerful vibration now emanated from the centre. The radial count confirmed the change: there were now 46 radials. This spot just became twice as vital in energy than before. Spirit & Moon definitely loved us back!
Maybe the overall message that Spirit & Moon for us had, is that the energy fields within all creation can be beneficially influenced/restored to its original blueprint by acting as a transmitter for that energy design. And that there is a timing for everything. Wisdom of the cycles of moon and sun can be very useful to determine when applying a blessing has the best effect. Maybe the most important message of all is that the drive to become a blessing radiates out from the centre of everything: Love. And by choosing Love, we become Love and by acting in Love, we bring Love.
